Recently travelled from Devon 189 miles to visit Pontardawe Car Sales. The car on the forecourt was absolutely as described in the advert on Car Gurus for it. No pressure sales from Craig who was very helpful with the admin and very patient. Took us out for a drive in the Audi TT. I drove that car home and I am very happy with my purchase. Bought a very good looking well looked after car. Would highly recommend this garage and would happily return.

Ive bought 4 vehicles off craig and nothing is too much trouble for them here. 10/10 customer service and wouldn’t buy anywhere else. They dont do cheap they do it properly here and are very proud to be the only trading standards approved motor dealer in the county! Well done guys!!

This has goto be the best used car dealer out there! They dont try ti be the cheapest but their stock is quality and premium standards. No pushy approach and a very laid back atmosphere. Craig And Jake are awesome guys and even do the vehicle tax,number plate transfer and v5 for you. They even brought the car to my door 30 miles away same day for free!!💙👏

Everything from the start of viewing this car online has been top notch!! From contacting the lad's on the phone from Ireland nothing was to much bother or trouble. Purchased the blue st car , after looking for a long time for this model and spec. The lads even set me up with a contact to get the car back to Ireland to save me the trip over. I really couldn't recommend them enough. Excellent service from excellent lads 5 stars just ain't enough!!

I can’t fault the service I have received from Craig and Jacob. I first messaged Craig about the car ( I eventually bought ) when he was on holiday, but he still replied to my enquiry, which is very rare in this day and age. Both Jacob and Craig are very knowledgeable on cars and aren’t your typical pushy sales people, just very friendly, easy to talk to, genuine guys who are eager to help. The whole process was made very simple with them even offering to drop the car off for me as I was local, nothing seemed too much trouble and they kept me informed of the next steps throughout the process. Jacob sorted out my private plate (this would’ve taken me ages !) and sat in the car with me to link up my phone/Bluetooth etc which I was really grateful for ( these are the little touches that make them stand out) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends based on the service I have received so far! 5- STAR customer service!
